Stats Just Not On, Andy
I was watching Arsenal vs Liverpool earlier. A football match to those unaware. Also, to those unaware Sky Sports show Barclaycard Premiership matches live. Arsenal vs Liverpool was one of these.
Anyhow, during the match the commentator revealed a statistic and Andy Gray, co-commentator and general overexcitable Scotsman, actually took the mickey out of him for it.
I've forgotten what the statistic was now, but Gray's response was to chuckle ridiculously, and say in front of a listening and watching nation, "You can dust your anorak down now."
That's right Andy, you have a go at your colleague for doing his job whilst you just talk bollocks in your incredibly television friendly voice for idiots.
By the way, tell me you're not impressed by the headline I've come up with. It has taken a while, but I think I am back on track to making Richard 'Twice Nightly' Whiteley proud.
